The Principal and founder of Property Advisors, Inc., Joe Bellina, RPA, has been actively engaged in the New York City real estate industry for over 38 years, has been responsible for major New York City real estate assets and has held senior executive positions and leading roles with the most prominent firms in commercial real estate, including Vornado Realty Trust, Macklowe Properties, Newmark, Empire State Realty Trust, Cushman & Wakefield and Rockefeller Group. Joe is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker, has extensive experience in all asset classes and holds the prestigious RPA designation. Joe is a former board member of: the Management Division of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the negotiating committee of The Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations (RABOLR). Joe also taught real estate courses at New York University's Real Estate Institute and at BOMI.
